This notice covers our website, enquiries and introductory bookings. Accurao is the controller for this information. Information about processing financial records under a client engagement is provided separately as part of agreeing that service.

2. Information we receive

The enquiry builder prepares a draft locally in your browser. Its form contents are not sent to Accurao or stored by the website. If you open the draft in your email application, that application handles the draft under its own settings. When you send an email to us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, business name and requirements. Booking information may include your chosen appointment time and details entered in the calendar. The hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

3. Why we use information

We use enquiry and booking information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange conversations and follow up on the support you requested. Where you enquire on behalf of a business, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. Enquiry and booking information is kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business discussion. The period depends on whether discussions remain active, whether you become a client and whether records are needed for legal obligations or claims. Client engagement records are subject to the arrangements explained for that service.

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Opening the external booking calendar may allow the provider to process information or use cookies under its own terms.
